This privacy policy explains how NBK Pilates uses the personal data we collect from you when you become a client.

What data do we collect?

NBK PIlates collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number etc)

  • Sensitive personal information (history of your health)

How do we collect your data?

You provide NBK Pilates with the data we collect by completing the New Client Information form and Informed Consent Form. We collect and process data when you:

  • Provide us with your contact information

  • Complete or update a client information form

  • Your data is also be collected by means of interacting with the third party booking management system we use to manage your bookings. You can read the Data Privacy Policy of our third party provider here.

How will we use your data?

NBK Pilates collects data so that we can:

  • Book your appointments and classes

  • Teach you Pilates in a way that is safe for you

  • Tailor sessions to your needs to ensure you gain the most benefit from your programme

Your data is only used for these purposes and will not be shared with any third party for any other purpose.

How will we store your data?

We collect your data using applications, such as Forms or Docs, within Google’s G Suite. These applications are stored in the Google Cloud and you can find information about the security of this product in the Google Cloud Security and Compliance Whitepaper

Your data is also stored by the third party provider of our booking management system and you can read their Data Privacy Policy here.

To meet the requirements of our liability insurance policies your personal data will be kept for at least 7 years. After this time all of your personal data will be deleted from all applications and storage facilities.

Marketing

NBK Pilates would like to send you information about our services that we think you will be interested in. If you agree to receive marketing you can opt out at any time by contacting us and asking us to remove your data from our mailing lists.
